Coverage for direct physical loss or damage to the Post home or its contents. In addition, the policy includes equipment breakdown, property in transit, business personal property of others, property off premises, accounts receivable and valuable papers coverage. Optional additional coverage included: business income, glass, and computer.
General Liability (or Commercial Liability)
Provides various limits of liability for the Post and its members. Coverage includes bodily injury and property damage, personal and advertising injury as well as miscellaneous medical payments to others.
Protects the Post should it become legally obligated to pay damages as a result of the selling, serving or furnishing of any alcoholic beverage. Various limits of coverage are available.
Covers employees for on-the-job injuries and provides for medical expenses and lost wages, regardless of fault. This policy is written to follow individual state laws. There are five states that are known as monopolistic states. These states are North Dakota, West Virginia, Ohio, Washington, and Wyoming. If you reside in these states, you must purchase your Workers’ Compensation through the state.
Business Auto (or Auto Liability)
Liability and physical damage coverage for business vehicles. Various limits for liability coverage and deductible levels on physical damage are available.
Coverage for loss due to theft of money and securities, or other property, through the dishonest acts of your employees or volunteer workers.
Coverage for loss from theft, disappearance, and destruction of money, forgery or alteration.
Special Events Coverage
Covers functions sponsored by the Post, like carnivals, rodeos, motorized racing exhibitions, wrestling, boxing matches and more.
Additional coverage, up to $5,000,000 above the basic liability limits, to protect against large claims.
Guarantees that you meet a required obligation to another party, like license and permit, public official, court bonds, and other miscellaneous bonds.
